I understand that parking meters are located on a number of clearways in Dublin. The "Motorists Guide to Parking Meters Scheme" issued by Dublin Corporation states that where meter parking places are located on clearways, parking and stopping are prohibited during the clearway hours. On the information plates affixed to meters on clearways it is stated that a vehicle shall not park at a meter during clearway hours.
