The information referred to by the Deputy is made available to officers at regular intervals which vary according to the basis on which salaries are calculated. For example, officers paid on a quarterly basis with monthly advances receive an itemised statement at the end of each quarter. If the staff concerned feel that the present arrangements are unsatisfactory in any way, it is open to them to raise the matter under the agreed machinery for staff relations.
