With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 21 to 24 together.

Possession of both properties, containing 83 acres and 22 acres respectively, has passed to the Land Commission.

It is not possible just now to forecast when allotment will be effected but I understand that the aim is to include both estates in next year's allocation programme.

The house portion of the Mitchell Estate has already been allotted.

I have not that information. I do not know.

Price agreement has been reached for the purchase of this property, aggregating 72 acres. I understand that, on the vendors' part, there are certain difficulties affecting title which must be resolved before possession is taken.
