Particulars of (a) new industrial undertakings and expansions of existing industries which commenced production and (b) industrial undertakings which ceased production, in the year ended 31st December, 1969, and which came to the notice of my Department, are set out in a tabular statement, which, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated with the Official Report. The lists cover the latest 12 month period available. There may, of course, be other cases of which there is no official record.
