At Question Time yesterday, following an exchange of words with Deputy L'Estrange in which he seemed to me to accuse the Chair of lack of impartiality, I had occasion to call him to order and to ask him to leave the House. In the heat of the moment I used what must be regarded as a slip of the tongue with reference to his departure from the House and for that reason I must now call myself to order. I would ask the House to accept my regrets.
