asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that Dublin County Council is now refusing to furnish certificates that roads, sewers, and services abutting premises in County Dublin have been taken in charge by the council; and that such refusal causes considerable difficulties for persons selling their houses and imposes unnecessary expense on them; if he will now request the council to observe the long-standing practice of furnishing such certificates on request; and, if not, why.
