The Dáil will have an opportunity to discuss the full implications of transportation policy on the Second Stage of the Road Transport Bill which is before the House at present.
Would the Minister not agree that it is desirable, and even necessary, that a White Paper on transport would be produced? Has he any intention of producing one?
I intend in my speech on the Second Stage of the Road Transport Bill to make a comprehensive statement on transportation policy.
