I am satisfied that there is no great delay in the clearance of cars by the customs at Rosslare. Any such delay experienced by motorists arriving at Rosslare would be due to causes entirely unrelated to customs control.
Would the Minister explain what regulations are now in operation that would cause such delay?
There are no regulations so far as customs are concerned which would cause this.
