I am so aware but I am satisfied that no injustice is involved and, accordingly, I do not intend to take any action. The announcement of the revised fees which stated that all licences purchased on and from July 1st would be at the higher rates was made in June and allowed a fortnight for the renewal of expired licences at the lower rates.
