Waterford County Council completed five houses in 1957 and 38 houses in 1969. At the end of last month the county council had work in progress on 76 dwellings and had 320 more houses at tender and planning stages.

Waterford Corporation completed 74 houses in 1957 and 84 houses in 1969. At present they have a scheme for 160 houses and 26 developed sites for private houses at tender stage and are preparing plans for another 222 houses.
