Figures for the tonnage of external trade through the port of Dún Laoghaire are not available. Information on the value of imports and exports through the port is available only from a special analysis of external trade figures which is carried out at five yearly intervals. In 1959 imports through Dún Laoghaire were valued at £346,000 and exports at £59,000. The corresponding figures for 1964 were £307,000 for imports and £64,000 for exports. The results of the portal analysis of the 1969 trade data are not yet available.
