Rules to deal with procedure under the Succession Act in both the Circuit Court and the High Court have not as yet been submitted to me in final form by either the Circuit Court Rules Committee or the Superior Courts Rules Committee. The committees have for some time been examining draft rules and suggested amendments to these rules. It is not possible, therefore, for me to say when the new rules will come into operation.
