asked the Minister for Justice if in estimating the cost of Christmas cards and greetings he includes (a) envelopes and (b) estimated Civil Service time.
The cost of envelopes is included. The cost of Civil Service time is not included because the work involved is so integrated with other work that it would be impossible to estimate its cost which, in any event, is quite insignificant.
