Is it intended to build offices?
This is a matter of priorities and it is a matter for Government decision as to when this work will commence. I understand that any delay that has taken place is in relation to the Devlin Report. The matter has to be considered in conjunction with that.
Is it being considered?
I believe it is.
What chance is there of this happening before the Government go broke?
The Government are unlikely to go broke.
