In view of the fact that this particular matter was raised in the Department of Defence in the last few weeks, would the Minister say whether he was considering the matter? Would the Minister not think it would be more courteous to give a reply in Dáil Éireann rather than wait for an announcement at the Ard-Fheis over the week-end?
