Following is the statement:
1. In the brucellosis disease free area and the brucellosis clearance area, all female animals aged 12 months and over and all bulls aged nine months and over are subject to periodic testing.
2. From the commencement of the eradication scheme up to 30th November, 1970, 12,006 cow reactors and 1,984 other reactor animals (heifers and bulls) were taken up by my Department.
3. The average prices paid for reactor animals in each year since the commencement of the eradication scheme were:
