A statement of conditions applicable to the operation of student charter flights was issued to interested parties in February last. I have placed copies in the Library for the information of Deputies.

Would the Minister say whether these new regulations have proved acceptable to all the student organisations in the different colleges and also to the authorities in the colleges?
I have not got the letter here, unfortunately, but I have a letter from the student travel organisation thanking me for these new regulations, which will facilitate them enormously, and I will make the Deputy a present of the letter from the secretary of the student organisation.
