The lands in question, comprising about 100 acres, contain the original estate buildings. Resale plans will be formulated as soon as the Land Commission secure clear possession of these buildings from the person at present in occupation.
This person was given a letting of the buildings when they were taken over by the Land Commission but refused to vacate them when the lettings expired. Proceedings are in progress to recover possession.
