The amount of arrears in respect of fishermen's hire-purchase and other credit commitments to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara was £136,081 and £151,249 at 31st March, 1968, and 31st March, 1969, respectively. These amounts cover arrears of both principal and interest, as no separate record is kept of the interest content of these arrears. The figure for 31st March, 1970, should be available shortly.
