asked the Taoiseach how many single people, without dependants, are in receipt of unemployment assistance in County Kerry.

The number of persons without dependants listed for payment of unemployment assistance in the local offices situated in County Kerry on 30th April, 1971, was 248. As the areas covered by local offices overlap county boundaries it is not possible to give figures for persons resident in the county. Separate particulars are not available for single persons.
