I understand that the appropriate application form for a grant was furnished to the person in question some time ago but that the completed form was only received back by the Department on the day before yesterday. The proposed work includes a milk-parlour which comprises partly a new building and partly reconstruction of a building on which a grant had already been paid. Provided the milking parlour is constructed to scheme standards, the new portion will be eligible for a grant.
