I have sanctioned this proposal.
We appreciate the Minister's action in sanctioning this scheme. Could the Minister indicate what stage the Raharney scheme has reached and when it is likely to be sanctioned?
I am pleased to inform the Deputy that on 4th May the secretary of Westmeath County Council intimated to me that they were prepared to accept in principle my proposal for the Raharney area, which is a scheme of ten houses to be built by Messrs Riversdale Concrete Products Limited. This will act as a prototype for low cost housing.
