asked the Minister for Health whether he is aware that certain officials who have been engaged for many years as executive officers or staff officers with various health authorities now find that they may lose their appointments because of the fact that their posts are being advertised for filling by open competition; that some of them, for educational reasons, are being debarred from entering such competitions; and, if so, if he will take steps to ensure that these men do not lose their appointments.
