The informal committee set up by the Government to plan and organise the national commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Truce comprises:—
Colonel Austin Brennan; Messrs. Vincent Byrne; Liam Deasy; Seán Dowling and Colonel Roger McCorley, together with four representatives of Government Departments.
The first meeting of the committee took place on the 18th January last.
