The returns received by my Department from the public assistance authorities do not include particulars which would enable me to furnish the information requested by the Deputy. If the Deputy will repeat the question in a few weeks time I may be able to give him the information sought, or a fair estimate.
Does the Minister for Social Welfare intend to re-imburse county councils for any payments made?
