* Production of butter includes both creamery butter and farmers' butter.
Production of cheese is the weight of processed cheese produced plus the amount of raw cheese not further processed.
Production of meat is given in terms of dressed carcase weight and represents the production from animals slaughtered domestically but excludes the meat equivalent of live exports.
Pork includes sausages and other pork by-products as well as farm slaughterings for own consumption. Mutton and lamb also includes farm slaughterings for own consumption.
