The Deputy will appreciate that a child guidance and psychiatric service is already in operation in Dublin. The nature and extent of services is regularly reviewed. This review is a matter in the first instance for the Eastern Health Board and any proposals submitted to me are carefully and sympathetically considered. I understand that a review of the child psychiatric services is at present being carried out but no proposals on the matter have yet been submitted to me.
