I want to ask the Taoiseach why the Estimate for Transport and Power was changed from No. 4 on the Order Paper down to No. 9? Is it because the Government are afraid of a discussion——
Because we prefer it that way.
The Government may prefer it that way because £20 million is required in a Supplementary Estimate for Transport and Power. That is why they prefer it that way: put it back until after the election.
