Grants under the farm buildings scheme are payable only to rated occupiers of agricultural holdings and it was not until very recently that it was established that the applicant in this case was the rated occupier of the portion of the holding on which the works referred to were carried out. I expect that payment of the appropriate grant will be made shortly.
