I would refer the Deputy to the information contained in the recent White Paper entitled The Accession of Ireland to the European Communities, paragraphs 3.40 to 3.44, 5.33 and 5.34, and 191 to 195 which set out the position very fully in regard to fisheries. From this information, it is evident that not alone will the position of our fishing industry be fully safeguarded but that the industry will be enabled to develop and expand at an accelerated rate.
