I am aware of the criticism to which the Deputy refers, and while the offices concerned do not measure up to the standard of recently constructed buildings, I am advised that the position is not nearly as bad as has been presented.
It is hoped that a number of the staff from one of the buildings now complained of will be transferred to the new Revenue Stamping Branch premises which will be completed in about 12 months or so. Apart from this I will have the buildings examined generally and any works of repair, et cetera found to be necessary will be attended to.
