asked the Minister for Local Government when he expects to sanction the CPO of Dublin County Council concerning the land at Shanganagh, Shankill, County Dublin; and the number of local authority houses proposed for this site.
With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 32 and 33 together.
This order is at present under consideration in my Department and I expect to convey my decision thereon shortly. At the public inquiry into the order it was stated on behalf of the county council that the total number of dwellings proposed by them for the lands was around 600, including sites for private dwellings.
When is the Minister likely to expedite this decision?
The decision will issue fairly soon.
