Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Athy (Kildare) Swimming Pool.
106.
A proposal to provide a pool at a selected site in Athy was received from Kildare County Council on 14th December, 1971. The proposal, in common with other pool proposals on hands, is under consideration in the light of available capital to finance them.
Would the Minister have any idea when he will be in a position to make a decision on this and the other pools?
No.
So the Minister has no plan for swimming pools?
I think the Deputy would be ridiculed if he made that statement publicly.
I am making it publicly now. If the Minister does not know when he will be in a position to deal with the question of swimming pools, then he does not know what is happening.
(Interruptions.)
He has no money.
Our record is indisputable.
That you have no money.
