As fees are not charged by all nurse training hospitals and, in cases where they are charged, are not, with a few exceptions, significant, I feel that the introduction of such a scheme would not be warranted.
Moreover, the salaries now paid to student nurses are such as to enable them to pay fees by instalments, where necessary.
