I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his question No. 48 of 24th February, 1972, in which I indicated that I had approved the corporation's proposal to accept a tender for this scheme. The corporation's loan proposal to finance the scheme is under consideration and a decision thereon will be given as soon as possible.
