I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees as are prescribed by the Minister for Labour, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance where required by the Act hereinafter first mentioned, to provide for the inspection of, or to procure a copy of an entry in, a register of all licences or for the provision of licences generally or of any licence of a particular kind, being licences granted on or after the commencement of any Act of the present session to consolidate, with amendments, enactments relating to explosives, petroleum and other dangerous substances.
