I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to provide, in the public interest and in the interests of holders of units of unit trust schemes, for the control and regulation of such schemes, to prohibit, in certain circumstances, the advertising of, and the purchase or sale of units of, such schemes, to enable the Minister for Industry and Commerce to require that specified minimum proportions of the assets of certain such schemes shall be property in the State and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
