Current information of the nature requested is not available within my Department. The Deputy is referred to the publication "Comparative Tables of the Social Security Systems in the member states of the European Communities" for data relating to the Six member states. It is understood that the Secretariat of the Commission of the European Communities is preparing an equivalent compilation in respect of the three acceding states and I shall arranges to have a copy placed in the Oireachtas Library as soon as it becomes available.
