No foreign firms of consultants were employed by my Department over the past five years.
In view of the propensity of the Government to employ foreign consultants would the Minister not consider that it would be no harm if foreign consultants were employed in relation to the question of land division?
Perhaps the eminent doctor could be put in that position.
I would make a better job of it than the Land Commission.
