The Industrial Development Authority provides a service for the promotion of licensing, subcontracting and joint-venture arrangements between Irish and foreign companies. I understand that they are currently engaged in negotiations with firms in a number of foreign countries with a view to effecting suitable liaison arrangements with Irish firms.
