A proposal for the raising of a loan to defray the cost of construction of a new road along the canal bank at Ticknevin, Carbury, together with plans and specification for the project, was received from Kildare County County on 6th October, 1972. The proposal is being considered and a decision will be conveyed to the council in due course.
