asked the Minister for Local Government if he will make a statement in relation to the High Court decision in regard to a Compulsory Purchase Order by Galway County Council in respect of one rood, 24 perches, which was subsequently confirmed; and whether, in the light of this decision, he proposes to introduce legislation to amend the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963.
