Any special arrangements to facilitate imports of sugar from developing countries are a matter for the Community as a whole. The position in this respect will come up for consideration in the multilateral trade negotiations which are to commence in September next and also in the context of the arrangements to be made on the expiry during 1974-75 of certain existing special provisions for imports of sugar into the Community.
