My remarks to the deputation which I received from the Local Government and Public Services Union on 4th May, 1973, were in accord with my reply to a question put down by Deputy Lemass on 3rd May, 1973—Question No. 6. In that reply, I explained that the question of local government reorganisation is to be examined afresh.
