I know you do not like these matters to be raised here, but in view of the fact that Question No. 24 was acceptable to you I was wondering why a similar question of mine was ruled out of order.
I have already sent a communication to the Deputy on this matter. If he wants further information he must see me in my office. It is not usual to raise a matter in this fashion. It is not in accordance with the procedure of this House at all.
