I did, of course, meet the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs while we were both in Luxembourg for yesterday's meeting of the EEC Council of Ministers. We naturally had some discussion about the Northern situation but it would not be appropriate or in accordance with usual practice to disclose details of the discussion.
