I am not clear as to the basis of the Deputy's question. If he has in mind formal notification of "proposals" as defined in the agreement adopted by the Council of Ministers on 5th March, 1973, no such "proposals" have arisen here.
I may say, however, that informally information has been conveyed to the EEC in relation to the position here, particularly through the Working Party on the Environment on which my Department is represented.
