It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. By agreement, it is proposed to take the Second and remaining stages of Nos. 1, 2 and 3 after the completion of No. 7. It is intended that the House will sit at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow.
Order of Business.
In respect of No. 3, we were given to understand before this Bill was circulated, in the words of the Government Whip, that it would "contain no surprises". There is at least one omission and one new feature which come rather as a surprise to us. In that event I would ask that the Second Stage of No. 3 should not be taken before Question Time tomorrow.
With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to raise on the Adjournment the question of a Press conference held by members of the Provisional IRA in a Dublin hotel.
