Presumably the Deputy is referring to the staffing of the Community and Environment Department of Dublin Corporation. This is primarily a matter for the corporation but the creation of certain senior offices is subject to my sanction. I have recently sanctioned the creation of seven such offices in that Department. In addition the corporation have created four offices which do not require my sanction.
