I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a parliamentary question from Deputy Barry Desmond on 10th July last. In that reply I indicated the factors which the Government were considering in relation to the publication of a development programme to meet the climate and needs of the mid-seventies and beyond.
On present indications, the likely date of publication will be early in the New Year.
